Caryl’s journey into the world of pregnancy and birth began during her own transformative experience. While preparing for an unmedicated birth at a birth center, a pre-eclampsia diagnosis at 36 weeks necessitated a transfer to a hospital. It was here that Caryl decided to enlist the support of a doula, who profoundly impacted her birth experience. Inspired by the invaluable guidance and support she received, Caryl embarked on her path to becoming a doula herself. She recognized the significant impact that compassionate, informed support can have on birthing experiences. Her mission is to empower her clients, ensuring they have the knowledge and confidence to advocate for themselves during pregnancy and childbirth. Caryl is dedicated to restoring voices and agency to those she serves, facilitating positive fulfilling and empowering birth journeys.
